But he ended up photographing just about every event over the past  few decades.

As a final contribution, he pitched in $10,000 so Iona could attract submissions to her Emerging Artists Shiw.

I once complained to him how old I looked in one of his photos- to which he replied that as time passes, I’ll never look any younger.
