Memorial Day 2016

Back when Stuart and I began this blog, I used to  post  pictures of whatever drawings caught my eye at the drawing marathons.

So when Del Hall volunteered to do the shooting -- that's what I asked him to do.

As it has turned out, Del prefers to document people rather than what they've been drawing.

Which is not such a bad idea, after all.

With the good attendance we've been having ever since Bill began pre-registration, we've always got three studios going throughout the day -- including the coach house for  doing quick sketch sculpture.
(though the sculptor, in this case, was not quite quick enough)
